I was wondering if anyone has found a good tracker tool to capture your symptoms? I know I should do this but I also dont want to give any more time to illness than it already takes.

Any suggestions please? Im thinking food, activity, cramps, pain scale, medication, energy level, output etc. Is there anything else Ive forgotten?

Thank you
