Hi everyone, please help

I wanted to ask if anyone here has Crohn’s affecting the duodenum and jejunum, or have that diagnosis but with normal calprotectin levels snd only positive pill cam and multiple positive erosive duodenitis with only one smsll erosions.

I’ve been dealing with the following symptoms:

Im Ree from Australia and have lived with crohns colitis for 32 (diagnosed) years.
