We have had multiple cases now where a fax received on a Grandstream ATA put the MFP into a continuous power loop. Canon MF445dw and Epson WF-C5790 doing very similar things. Printer powers up and are able to see there is always fax job stuck in the queue, but the screen is unresponsive to buttons or touch and then shuts down again and powers back up.
