I made this crumb cake earlier this week for our World Wide Wednesday family dinner to NJ. While crumb cake was not necessarily invented in New Jersey, this style of crumb cake with the ratio of crumb topping to cake is a regional obsession according to google.

I know I have shared many times that my family of foodies has a weekly family dinner we call it World Wide Wednesday even though family dinner is on Tuesdays now. My father-in-law calls it traveling Tuesdays; my family is so clever LOL.
