Econic Partners, a Los Angeles-headquartered economic consulting firm, has hired Judith Chevalier, PhD, as a senior consultant based in New Haven, CT. Chevalier is a leading economist in applied microeconomics, with deep expertise in digital markets and intellectual property.

Milliman, a Seattle-headquartered actuarial and consulting firm, has appointed Jim Fulton as chief executive officer, effective October 2026. Fulton, who has served as Milliman’s chief financial officer since 2015, succeeds Dermot Corry, who retires after completing a five-year term as CEO and a 44-year career.

Andersen Group, a San Francisco-based tax and consulting services firm, has agreed to acquire UK Andersen LLP and SPR Consulting.
