No PXE stack commands

I have installed Hiren's Boot CD to a CD disk and tried to run it on my Windows 7 desktop. When I try to boot into it, I get the message in the thread title. The Hiren's CD is based on a mini version of windows XP. When I try to boot into the Lazesoft Recovery tool (also on CD), which is also based on a mini version of Windows XP, it runs fine.
