Most likely there are no English voices installed on your device, so it picks up the default locale model.

I dont know why but when I try to listen to the audio, it uses a spanish voice, so it doesnt pronounce it correctly.
Im sure Im in the right section for English words.

“Stomach ache” is the correct spelling not “stomachache”

Thanks. Sometimes words may appear in British transcriptions when they are missing in American.
