Using a S10 4x4 rear end in 1950 Chevy truck stock frame with Chevy 350. Noticed drive shaft is offset to passenger side with axle housing centered on frame. Can i slide rear end over to center drive shaft and add a spacer to the passenger side wheel to match up space between frame and both rear wheels. Or if not please describe the best fix.

59 GMC 9400

Hi all, New guy here. I have a 59 gmc 9400, two ton Canadian truck. Exhaust manifold is shot, and the intake isn’t far behind. I can’t seem to find after market sources for these I am thinking of a different engine , 350? Something I can get parts for readily. the truck has has little to no rust so it would make a good little dump truck. any help would be appreciated

Hello, I'm doing a brake job on a '50 3100. I can't get the bolts out of the wheel cylinder to remove it. I can't use a box end wrench because the block that the brake line screws into is in the way. An open end wrench just slips off. I've used PB over the last two days with no success. 1) does anyone know if that block unscrews so I could gain access to the cylinder bolt with ...

So a quick little history on this truck. Before I got it it sat in the same place for 35 years. I believe it’s a 6500 because of the GVW but I don’t know for certain. It has a two speed rear axle, and a four speed manual transmission. I’ll do my best to keep this updated as the repairs advance, any tips are appreciated.
