I've been on gluten-free diet last 5-6 months and just completed a blood test for TTG (Anti-Tissue Transglutaminase) IgA Quantitative. Result was <0.5 U/ml. And the result on IgA Deficient was 'no'. Is there a special soap when washing utensils to remove gluten? Stainless steel, plastic silicone? I know wooden spoons probably safer to use one for gluten free only but what about washing a frying pan?
