Has anyone seen this kind of problem before?

I have an 82 cb750C, and I finished up some work to get the motor running. I take it for a ride, and the turn signals sometimes stop their blink pattern and remain stuck on.

Hi all as per title what is the balance screw locking nut thread size managed to loose a couple and can’t find replacements, AI says standard metric but it’s a lot finer than that tried Unf and still finer than that any help would be appreciated
