Good morning, my friends. It's been 12 days since our last grocery shopping trip. I'm afraid we can't avoid it any longer. Happily, it's senior discount day at our grocery store. It never works out to much, but it's better than a poke in the eye with a sharp stick. If nothing else, it's an incentive not to put it off until tomorrow.

Good morning, my friends. Is everyone rested up from the Thanksgiving holiday? I know I can use at least another day of rest. It was nice to mostly take the day off yesterday. I've put out all the Christmas quilts, and the house is back to normal. It's good to be returning to the comfort of a routine.
