Anyone know cause of this it's focal 165 as on ct 150.6d and kenwood 809 headunit there is no crossover or dsp pure tweeter on amp but gain was set properly only 8-9 volts only use pure ofc wire for power and ground but am using stock car speaker wires (2011 santa fe with infinity sound system)

This is driving me nuts. I want to burn some music files onto a standard DVD+RW Memorex disc. My Win 10 PC acknowledges the CD but says it's not formatted. No format option is available with a right click. From the command prompt, format says the CD is write protected and can't be formatted. WTF? It's a fresh disc from the box, never used.
