I bought a car wash in 2005 just the building and equipment. Original owner defaulted on loans, so I got for reasonable price. It has 4 ss bays, 4 vacs, 1 touchless automatic about 10 years old (D&S I5000 I upgraded from and outdated auto). All bay meters have been upgraded and take credit cards. I got swipers in my ss bays and I got one that the customer has to push the button really hard to get the charges to stop. Anything you can do to make it respond better?

We are looking to convert our site to a log chain for the reduced maintenance and longevity. We are getting differing responses from techs whether it can be used with our spring conveyor.

Is anybody using a single color of triple foam as their foam brush? We've been using KR bubble up for years and been happy with it, but added a little left over diluted triple foam to the FB hydrominder tank and it looked way better with a way brighter color and more pop. Considering moving to a single triple foam color detergent or polish for the FB. Thoughts?

What is everyone seeing on these memberships as far as:

Average revenue per member?
Average revenue per wash per member?
Average revenue per wash per non member?
Average new members per month?

These members are destroying my numbers but my average monthly revenue is up by a decent amount. My average cost per wash overall is down $3 per wash.
