I have a floor heat system in my wash that seems to let the concrete get too cold before coming on and then it gets too hot before shutting off. I saw some information about monitoring glycol temps to turn on the boiler instead of a thermostat buried in the concrete. Can anyone refresh my memory or lead me to someplace to get more info.

Has anyone had an issue with a Washworld High Velocity where the arch rotate does not complete the full 90 degree turn intermittently on all positions. if so any solutions?

I have a Commander maybe two years old. There is a small board under the hopper I replaced in Jan, it apparently has went out again and there has been an up grade. Ive added to all my wash option pages that This machine does not give change. I've been thinking about getting a DANS to add different options and this hopper decided to quit, again... Hi, I’ve got an older laser 4000. The undercarriage is not coming on. Output Y 40 does not come on when you select a wash with the undercarriage. Nor does the Mac air valve switch over the high pressure solenoid from spray arch to undercarriage. Nothing activates for the undercarriage rinse.
I can go into the diagnostics 63556 and turn it on manually and y40 comes on, but...
