3 times in the last month i have had the kiosk show SALE APPROVED without anyone there. i hit the 3 selections and a wash fires up. has anyone had this problem and have an answer to what it is?

i have been using this pump at a couple locations and am only getting 2-3 years out of them. looking for a different one to use as these are about $1000, has anyone used anything else that they are happy with that last longer and can suggest?

If so what are your thoughts? The machine price seems reasonable but instal price I was quoted for one bay seemed high.
Thoughts? How do they work?
