Canada’s employment increased by 75,000 jobs in July, pushing the employment rate to 60.9 per cent.
Employment rose among core-aged people (25 to 54 years old) by 51,000 or 0.4 per cent. The largest increase was for women in that age group at 33,000 or 0.5 per cent.
