I have Olympic exemption and I bought a handgun at auction, the transfer was initiated around 49 days ago ive called the CFP and they say its processing is this a normal wait time? its my first restricted could that be why its taking so long?

Hey all, I picked up a rather fugly yet intriguing firearm today at the local gunshow. It looks to be based on an early production Mosin and the vendor told me that it's a single shot .410.
The price was right so I took a chance, I like oddities and won't be too disappointed if it turns out to be a wall hanger.
