Post-Brexit my EU clients have got noticeably harder to invoice, and two of
them have hinted they'd prefer an EU-based supplier at renewal. I don't want
to close the UK Ltd — most of my work is still domestic.

So the question is whether running both is realistic for a business my size,

I still remember how the initial TIE was a major PITA due to soooo many documents... medical.... banking... etc. Is the first renewal just as bureaucratic or is it just a formality to renew the TIE?
