Hi, I purchased a 8x BME690 Shuttle with the Application Board 3.1. I connected the two together and then to my computer via USB. I then ran BME AI Studio (v3.1.0), but it doesn't seem to detect the connected device -- there's no way for me to view data, change heater profiles, etc.
