The rules do not state what should happen if a player makes an invalid move e.g. a piece touching another of the same colour along an edge, and no one spots it and several more turns have been played?

Do we play on ignoring the mistake, undo the moves until the error (it may be difficult to remember the sequence though), disqualify the player or something else?

When playing Rummikub, is there a maximum number of tiles that can be held in hand?

Something that I have noticed is while playing online, players just keep picking up tiles until all the tiles are gone and then lay them all down.

In a 2 player game, if a player forgets to draw from the stock and tables their first meld (without needing to draw the top discard), would there be a penalty? Or, once noticed could they then draw from the stock?
