I brought the bike to my dealer's shop and replaced the cam chain tensioner to no avail or maybe a tad less ticking noise.

That's interesting. I've just posted a similar problem before reading all the others, first. My 2018 seems to have the same issue, possibly.
My first thoughts are that the cam followers or whatever they in the head need adjusting. Mine has 32K miles on...
