I have a float needle seat installation question.

The instructions I got from the Bing Agency International, says to add “Never-Seez” to the new seat then tap in. The few other instructions I’ve found online by individuals did not indicate to use anti-seize or “Never -Seez” to the needle seat before installation. For those of you who have done this, is this needed?

How can I tell if I have a low or standard height seat on my new 2025 gtl? It looks like a low. Thanks in advance.
