You've increased your calories. You've cut back on exercise. You're resting more.
Maybe you've even gained weight.
So why hasn't your period come back?
This is one of the most frustrating questions I hear from women recovering from hypo...
One of the women in my community recently asked me something that made me pause.
Not because it was rare.
But because it reflects one of the most common struggles in hypothalamic amenorrhea recovery: feeling supported, but not fully understood.
