I think the power of this blog is the contradiction at its center:

But apparently, it's over.
The real estate market is collapsing.
Buyers have disappeared.
Sellers have lost their minds.
Interest rates are never coming down.
Or maybe they're going up.
Or maybe they're coming down, which apparently is also bad news for some reason.
