Slightly bummed that Spyderco didn’t have a folder in MagnaMax in its recent Reveal 21. I don’t exactly have a question with this thread because I am sure anyone who knows when Spyderco will release something won’t be able to say anything.

Just vented and lamenting.

When Chris Reeve Knives switched to magnacut, did they start to grind the edge thinner then switch back? I have two magnacut 31s from 24 and I just got two magnacut 31s from Eknives that had the same thickness of grind as my older s35vn 31.

The 2024 models has what looks to be a thinner grind than the other three. It feels slightly thinner when pinching it as well.

Made up a new recurve design today I was going for a neat recurve blade on a handle I’ve used before and I liked it so much that I had to trace it for a pattern Ended up cutting out another too! Both are sitting in the tempering over currently

This is a catch and release. I just received this from DLT Trading, its a Kunwu Excalibur with a bead blasted integral titanium handle and a satin finished blade in Vanax. BNIB.
