Back out with my DSLR (it is a hard habit to break)
I Am learning all the time,
Having fun and feeling quite relaxed and happy as I go along.
But in brackets its a hard habit to break, as I want to really try with my analogue cameras.
I have sent 2 films away for processing, and I am about 3/4 through another 35mm and a 120.

Not used my main (Olympus) camera for over 6 months - I couldn't even remember how to turn it on (true!)

I tried to create (from memory) several types of pictures that I used to do - and got nowhere.

My first attempt at a tatty leaf was ok but not something to be happy with.

So looked at an old Joel Grimes course I have on 'Still Life' and ...

Just back from a short visit to London.
I only had a pocket camera, Canon IXUS 185 to take shots with.
This visit included a trip to a few places.
Which entailed getting up early and going out in the evenings.
Therefore it was opportunistic shots most of the time.
Every Hour.

A couple of images from the Stourbridge wildfire (my home town) ....19 homes were destroyed...I didn't photograph them.
