Wallet Migration Failure May Delete Unrelated Wallet Files In Bitcoin Core 30.0 and 30.1

We have become aware of a wallet migration bug introduced in Bitcoin Core 30.0 and 30.1. CVE-2025-46597 - Highly unlikely remote crash on 32-bit systems

Disclosure of the details of a log-filling bug which allowed an attacker to fill up the disk space of a victim node by faking self-connections.
