I posted this a while back and am still wondering the value. It is in original excellent shape. I had the wheels, rear derailleur, and cassette changed to allow me to use clincher tires. It is a 1972 Legnano Olympiad Record Specialissima I still have the original parts that were swapped

I really want the Y13 or maybe Y14 combo cog that will thread a Z11 on top and thread to a Winner freewheel on the bottom.

It turns out the Z11/Y13 combo cogs were introduced in the mid-80s for (apparently) rather exotic/extreme 11-17 and Z12/Y13 12-17 straight block corncob 6 SPEED STANDARD (non-Ultra) freewheel...

I have always liked the idea of using an old steel frame as a winter bike, but fitting it with modern components.

My struggle is always this:
Where do you find old, steel frames from reputable brands in GOOD condition? Based in UK.

Any ideas?

I have a 2000 Gary Fisher Procaliber Genesis hardtail, and I believe the seat post is 31.0. Can anyone confirm?
