[디지털데일리 이호연기자] 신한카드는 카카오와 협업해 'ChatGPT for Kakao'에서 카드 추천과 금융생활 콘텐츠 서비스를 제공한다고 13일 밝혔다.
제공 서비스는 ▲카드추천 ▲인기카드 조회 ▲카드 상세혜택 조회 ▲소비 인사이트 및 금융생활 콘텐츠 등 총 4종이다. 고객은 ChatGPT for Kakao의 카카오 툴즈에서 신한카드 툴을 추가한 뒤, 별도의 메뉴 탐색 없이 대화만으로 서비스를 이용할 수 있다.
예를 들면 고객이 "해외여행 갈 때 쓰기 좋은 카드 추천해줘"와 같이 원하는 혜택을 이야기하면 조건에 맞는 신한카 - 디지털데일리
