A friend of mine volunteers at the Habitat for Humanity ReStore store in Lincoln, Nebraska. Someone donated a 1963 Maytag A500 and when he went to test it, it leaked from the water valve. Picked up and now have installed in the kitchen a 1951 Moffat 5 burner stove with two ovens, warming drawer and storage drawer. Of the five burners, only one has the full range of 5 temperature settings. I have 2 washers both the same and would like to put the better of 2 agitators in the better washer. Can someone please share how to do This? And any possible downfalls that might happen in the process of doing it. I seriously want to change it to make one great machine. Thank you .
