Transfer case problem?
Transfer case chain..
I didn't know there was one until I did a bit of research.
I have a rattle in the drive line ( or that's what it sounds like) under load.
I have read that the chain can stretch and rattle around. Is it likely to break?
It's been making a noise for some time, but up until now only occasionally under heavy load; now becoming more prevalent.

2.7 CRD Turbo Oil Inlet Banjo Torque
Whoops, I over-torqued and snapped the oil inlet banjo bolt at the top of the turbocharger. Whilst I wait for the new one to arrive from the UK ($33.70), does anybody know what I should torque it to? I had my torque wrench on and was taking it to 30 Nm and snap! The manual does say 30 - see attached...

SMTP Emails fixed

Tipm / ecm-ecu-pcm issues
I am getting a C2206-00 (Vehicle configuration mismatch) DTC error after installing New spark plugs and Ignition coils to fix a random miss fire issue,
I disconnected the battery and waited an hour before doing any of the work, not sure if the error code was there before installing the plugs and coils
