Yamaha KA-10 is an active speaker intended for keyboards, it is 20-odd years old. A friend of mine has a pair of these, and one of them stopped working.

Unfortunately, Yamaha customer support has no more information on this product (which is, imoho, quite some shame), and Google also couldn't find anything.
