Trying to install ubuntu for Ros 2 in Asus laptop

I am about to install ubuntu 22.04 in my Asus ROG strix G16 G615LR laptop. I want to know what are things i need to do to get everything working properly. I will be dual booting it with windows and i will be mostly using ubuntu for Ros 2 Humble and robotics applications.

dosemu does not start - fix or alternatives?

Sorry, tag dosemu was not allowed in my first question here ...

Short: After instllation, dosemu is exspected to print a greeting, adjusts some things and run. Instead:

I've found lots of info on decrypting PDF files, but none on encrypting them. What tool can do this for me?

Edit: There are two good answers below, but in my specific case the PDF was a scan, not a document that I'd created.

How can I change playback speed of mpv video player?
