WASHINGTON -- With less than two months until Election Day, it is unclear whether the three candidates for Arkansas' U.S. Senate seat will share a debate stage this fall.

Irma Chavez, the founder and executive director of the Arkansas Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, has no doubts about the impact of nationwide enhanced immigration enforcement on Northwest Arkansas businesses. While bigger businesses can protect themselves from the immigration enforcement campaign's impact, small and family-owned businesses cannot, Chavez said.
