Help! Severe Mouth Rot / Columnaris in Goldfish – Erythromycin Works but Relapses Post-Treatment

Cant Lower pH of my tank
I currently have a 60L tank, which is stocked with 10 Harlequin Rasbora (7 are newly added juveniles) and 4 Neon tetra.

The PH of my tank has always been around 8/7.5. no matter what i do, i cannot get it lower than 7.5. This includes:

Software update planned for 9/2-3
Just a heads up that our forum software (XenForo) needs a version update, and we will have a small amount of downtime to do this. Currently, this is scheduled for next Wednesday night/early Thursday morning.
