I have been avoiding going to our all staff meetings for years now... We have a staff of about 200+ people...Our exec dept is always asking me so what's it going to take to get you to attend one of these meetings? I don't have an answer for them other then... Does anyone get moments of feeling like they're loosing their balance? It reminds me of going on holiday after a long flight and sometimes that evening when you're tired you get the sudden sensation that you're descending in the plane again?
