Mammogram anxiety.

Going for a mammogram in a week and can't stop freaking out. I'm 42 and didn't get one last year because of anxiety issues. I can't skip it again. But now I'm terrified I let myself get terminal cancer in the meantime.

I've had two before (diagnostic at 37 due to what ended up being benign changes, and a regular screening one at 40.) I know the test itself will go fine...

I think a lot of people's anxiety manifests as unwillingness to engage, but I am having the opposite problem lately, I know it's time to call time of death on a couple of things and I am letting them drift for some reason...
