Helloo gentlemans, i decided to make a log with progress, including photos, diet, cardio, supplements, gear usage etc..
I wont time have sometimes to write my workout, so in the days im more free ill put here and there training regime.
about me: 178cm, 78kg, 12%bf
started at 92kg (around maybe almost 27-28%bf im rly not sure about it (ill put photo here) and a photo ...

Rather what have you done to eliminate porn in your life? What has helped you

Do you find that you are more into porn when on AAS, or other rec drugs

Do you have any concerns with your use.

Am I measuring my neck in the correct spot ? Red line is where I'm measuring at . I'm using a Bluetooth digital body tape measure. I'm legit baffled by the numbers. If I'm measuring in the correct spot , then farmers walks have added some serious size to my neck
