Diventare padre in Italia significa lavorare di più e con stipendi più alti. Complessivamente infatti l’84% degli uomini è occupato ma tra i padri la percentuale sale al 91,5%. Un dato che non stupisce se ci si aspetta che l’arrivo di un figlio corrisponda, per i maschi, a un aumento degli sforzi per soddisfare le esigenze economiche della nuova famiglia.
