this one is quite a bit more recent. it is called Webster’s Pink Wonder. it was introduced in 2003. scapes stand 34 inches 86 cm tall and the bloom is 13 inches 33 cm. those are the registration stats one of these days i will have to measure it here as it grows in our garden. it is big and spectacular. and i will not throw it out if it is a bit smaller here…

older than the gardener. this flower was introduced in 1951. it has been growing here in our garden since 2011. it is called Parfait and has a 7 inch 18 cm bloom and the scapes stand 48 inch 122 cm tall. this fall the planting was reduced by half to give the other plants around it room…
