Rum in hand, Claire sips.
Round we’d go – round a death wish.
We’re on life support.

reflections of self.

Stones lie in water
sentinels of a past age,
dried out by the sun.

Water laps over
their smooth, rounded surfaces
image distorted.

Saying my farewells

Deep saffron sunsets

What if some pizza
Solved all of the world’s troubles?
You’d just need to bite.
