How do people figure out a character's best moves, combos, gameplan, etc.
This is something I've been questioning about ever since I've been watching/reading character guides and tutorials. Like is this info mostly from trial and error or testing if moves pass certain tests? And how can I learn to find these things out mostly by myself?
