You’ll find the ID if you search for the person here, and then take the number in front of their name in the profile URL, e.g. in the case of https://www.themoviedb.org/person/1136406-tom-holland the ID is 1136406.
If you want to add more than one person, just follow the feed again.
Separate keywords with commas. You can use operators AND or NOT (separately, not in combination)
Select “Alerts for any changes in status” to get several alerts per movie (as the status changes). Pick “For every movie only one alert” if you only want to receive an alert when the movie gets added to the TMDB database.

The tracker will show up under this name in your list of feeds.
To set up a new combination of criteria just follow the feed again.
