Tesla defeats Avago/Broadcom in UPC for a second time this week: patent-in-suit invalid

Tesla defeats Avago Technologies (Broadcom) in the Unified Patent Court for a second time this week: patent-in-suit destroyed (unless it is revived on appeal).
The post attached below was about the August 26 Hamburg decision. Today, the Munich Local Division declared a second Avago/Broadcom patent-in-suit invalid. Auxiliary requests failed as well.

The Hamburg Local Division narrowed the scope of the patent-in-suit as a result of Tesla's revocation counterclaim, and did not find the amended version infringed. The decision has not been uploaded to the UPC's website yet, but ip fray has seen the dispositive part, which rejects the complaint and narrows the patent-in-suit.
