Apparently the formal withdrawal of the proposed EU regulation on standard-essential patents already happened weeks ago, and its publication is now imminent.

Sandoz is seeking a disgorgement of profits from Bayer, alleging that misrepresentations to the European Patent Office are a basis for going beyond the usual compensation.

The Dusseldorf Local Division of the Unified Patent Court has handed Samsung a major win in a dispute filed against it by Headwater Research LLC, dismissing the complaint and revoking the patent-in-suit.
5) Netlist files fresh U.S. patent infringement suit against Samsung following demise of memory module partnership
Netlist has sued Samsung and one of its distributors, Avnet, over the alleged infringement of one of its memory module patents.
