The InterDigital, Inc. v. Lenovo appellate hearing in London just concluded. ip fray has been following approximately 90% of the time and stands by its prediction in this week's article that affirmance appears rather unlikely.

In his concluding remark, Lord Justice Arnold did not make a promise as to when the decision would come down. It seems that it will take some time. They will provide the parties with a draft decision, which will have to be kept 100% confidential.
