In a blog post today, the Head of Nokia’s Consumer Electronics licensing program, Philippe Lanet, said the agreements cover the use of Nokia’s technologies in their video-enabled devices.

The UPC’s Dusseldorf LD has found that Disney+ infringes an amended InterDigital patent on device-to-device media casting, extending InterDigital’s unbroken run of six wins against Disney to a new front.

Aesculap has won a UPC ruling against Bojin’s EU authorized representative over a surgical tool patent, but the court held the representative liable only as an intermediary, not as an infringer.
