Adeia sues Disney-controlled Fubo after RPX deal; Nokia joins Avanci EV Charging program; Touchstream sues Samsung

1) Premium: Adeia sues Disney-controlled Fubo over media streaming patents

Adeia has filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Disney-controlled streaming platform Fubo in the District of Delaware, alleging infringement of four media technology patents. The dispute raises questions about the scope of patent license coverage within corporate groups, as Adeia maintains that Disney’s existing license does not extend to Fubo.

4) Premium: Adeia and RPX strike multilateral licensing deal for e-commerce patents

The agreement involving 10 RPX member companies covers functionalities such as intelligent search, content discovery, and virtual shopping experiences.
