Yesterday the Munich Higher Regional Court told us that an appeal had been brought in GEMA v. OpenAI but did not specify the party. OpenAI had lost on almost all counts and made public statements tantamount to announcing an appeal. However, this first appeal was brought by GEMA over the small part it lost (personality rights), and we have corrected the article accordingly:
